PETE COMES TO GOOD WITH OVER A DECADE OF FOOD RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE. A FORMER RESEARCH CHEF AT PEPSICO, PETE HAS A COOKING DEGREE FROM THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA, HYDE PARK AND STUDIED FOOD SCIENCE AT CAL POLY SLO. HE HAS TRAINED AT SEVERAL JAMES BEARD AWARD WINNING RESTAURANTS, LOVES CANNABIS AND WANTS TO MAKE SURE YOU LOVE IT TOO.


MIKE APPEZZATO, CANNABIS COMMANDER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

WHILE PETE IS BUSY BAKING, MIKE KEEPS THE GOOD TIMES ROLLIN'. MIKE HEADS UP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS, BRINGING WITH HIM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE FROM MAJOR TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES INCLUDING OPTIMIZELY AND SALESFORCE. HE HOLDS AN MBA FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF SAN FRANCISCO. HE'S NOT A BAKER (THAT'S PETE'S JOB) BUT HE IS GREAT AT PRODUCT TESTING.
